Spring is .... proving to be warm and dry.
This month we have had crazy temps - 36C on the 4th October - nuts!
The house is still in chaos as renovations proceed

Reallocated various furniture so we have a tv lounge again

Cleared the kitchen cupboards in preparation for the ripping out of the old and istalling the new - that starts 2nd November. Cleaned the range, rangehood and moved the fridge out of the way too.
2021-10-31 removed the diswasher and the range hood.

Changes in PFU Boxing - Deb the trainer has resigned and we have a new trainer and different time slot to work with - reduced to 45 minutes also.
Madonna who set up the PFU originally has decided that she will be stepping down due to health changes - we will need to revisit the organisation goals and make some forward plans.
Walking.
2021-10-05
Day 494 since diagnosis and day 492 of consecutive daily walking. Another 8 days and I will have walked 500 - like the Proclaimers except days not miles. And I will walk 500 more… at least. I am feeling very good about this milestone
Medication.
No Change to the schedule or positive impact.
Research.
Still working to make the research links page a bit more useful, it was a simple list to start with but expanding to make better use of the info in it.
Pilates.
Pilates on a Saturday morning, with a new physio taking over. It's not as convenient as Wednesday evening but workable. Getting back into the groove.
PFU Boxing.
On Wednesdays I do non contact boxing at the PCYC Laing Park 11:30 - 12:30.
Social Outings.
Some upcoming events in the pipeline, but all subject to lockdown conditions.
All events are subject to change at the moment and unfortunately its a case of roll with the punches and be flexible. I basically plan work to continue and will deal with holiday activities as they actually happen.
Work.
Head down and focus on delivery. Catch up is the order of the day. Many new projects in the pipeline and continuing to cleanup existing projects. Work in Toowoomba ongoing, some onsite and some remotely. I have had a steady stream of prospects so looking solid for the next few months.
Land Sailing.
Blokart club AGM this Sunday - will try to not get a job to do. Waiting for each Sunday to see what's happening at the track.... and have had a few other events happening. Lockdown conditions mean no sailing. bah...
Otherwise for me its still so far so good.
